Chorlton Pickleball Ltd Photographic and Filming Consent

1. I authorise Chorlton Pickleball Ltd to use:
   • My name (“Name”);
   • Any statement made by me (“Statement”);
   • Any photograph, video, image or likeness of me (“Image”); and
   • Any facts about me
   In any advertising, promotional, educational or other material or campaign, website, social media or online application (“Promotional Material”) that Chorlton Pickleball Ltd may run from time to time for such period as Chorlton Pickleball Ltd deems appropriate.
   That use may include associating my Name, Statement and/or Profile together with any Image in any medium and in any context which advertises or promotes Chorlton Pickleball Ltd or any products or services offered by Chorlton Pickleball Ltd.
2. I acknowledge that this release does not give rise to an employment relationship between me and Chorlton Pickleball Ltd and I agree that any use by Chorlton Pickleball Ltd of my Name, Image, Statement or Profile will be without payment to me and without seeking my further consent.
3. I acknowledge that all proprietary rights including any intellectual property rights in any Promotional Material that includes my Name, Image, Statement and/or Profile (including all material adapted there from) will be owned exclusively by Chorlton Pickleball Ltd, and to the extent necessary, I hereby assign to Chorlton Pickleball Ltd any existing and future rights, including any intellectual property rights that I would otherwise have in the Promotional Material.
4. I agree and understand that I am participating in all activities associated with this release entirely at my own risk.
5. I understand that I can withdraw my photographic and filming consent at any time by writing to chorltonpickleball@gmail.com
